Professor Anne Fadiman Elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences

Congratulations to Anne Fadiman, the Francis Writer-in-Residence and Yale Creative Writing faculty member, who has been elected as a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAAS), one of the nation’s most prestigious honorary societies. Founded in 1780, the mission of the AAAS is “to cultivate every art and science which may tend to advance the interest, honour, dignity, and happiness of a free, independent, and virtuous people.”
